I thought I’d developed some kind of knee injury after a very long walk and after a week of ibuprofen and no change in pain management and how I was walking, I googled “osteopath” and that’s how I found Alan and I’m so glad I did.

His knowledge about food and drink and what’s good and what’s not good, is absolutely amazing and my meeting him has completely transformed how I live my life from a food and drink point of view.
